Shipping policy

We know how exciting it can be waiting for a parcel! We've put together a little Guide so you can get a general idea on how long you'll be waiting.  

This guide is for UK Customers only, 

Any order will receive a consignment number which you will receive Via email once dispatched - This consignment number can be used to track your parcel! Please refer to this before making contact with ourselves to chase up on the status of your shipment!

Couriers very from diffent suppliers 

Please use an element of common sense when using the table below:

• During busy periods, All orders may not be processed within our advertised dispatch times
• Festive Periods, Global Pandemics and catastrophes can affect shipping timescales
• If items aren't in stock they cant be shipped, thus rendering the below table useless. We will generally notify if this is the case!
• If an item is "Drop Shipped" from supplier, their shipping timescales may differ from ours
